    01
    What does Stokley Capital do?
Two things. We provide first-position, business-purpose loans on commercial and multifamily real estate nationwide, typically $1M–$5M. And we acquire commercial and multifamily property as a principal, across asset classes.
    02
    What loans do you make?
Hard money, bridge, acquisition, refinance, cash-out and value-add loans secured by a first lien on commercial or multifamily real estate.
    03
Can I request financing if my credit is low?
Yes. Our loans are asset-based, not credit-score-based. We focus on the property's value and the owner's equity. Low credit does not rule out a request. Every deal is subject to underwriting, diligence, documentation and approval.
    04
    How large are your loans?
Typically $1M–$5M. Larger loans are considered case by case.
    05
    Where do you lend?
Nationwide, including secondary and tertiary markets, subject to state requirements.
    06
Do you make second-lien or mezzanine loans?
No. Every loan is in first position.
    07
What property types do you lend on?
Multifamily, hotels, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, self-storage and manufactured housing — the asset classes our team has owned and operated.
    08
    What do you buy?
Commercial and multifamily real estate nationwide — multifamily, hotels, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use and more — on- or off-market, stabilized or distressed. Send any property for sale and we will review it.
    09
    Is Stokley a broker?
No. Stokley Capital is a private real estate investment firm that provides business-purpose loans and invests as a principal. Requests are decided in-house.
    10
What kinds of loans do you not make?
Consumer loans, and loans secured by owner-occupied 1–4 family homes. Every loan is business-purpose, made to an entity and secured by non-owner-occupied commercial or multifamily real estate.
    11
What should a loan request include?
Property address and type, loan amount and purpose, existing debt, current operations, the business plan, the deadline and the exit.
    12
Does submitting a request create a commitment?
No. Submissions are for initial review only. Any loan or investment is subject to underwriting, diligence, documentation and approval.

    Still evaluating fit?

Send the property, the amount and the deadline.
