    How we use it

    We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, to communicate with you about it, and to operate and improve this website. We do not sell your information.

    Sharing

    Information may be handled by service providers that host this website, store our records and deliver our email, acting on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.

    Retention and security

    Submissions are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the inquiry and to meet our record-keeping requirements. We take reasonable measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

    Your choices

    You may ask us to update or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@stokleycapital.com.

    Advertising measurement and choices

    If you choose to allow advertising measurement, we use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel to understand whether a visit from an ad leads to a financing request. The pixel may place a first-party attribution cookie (oppref) and send conversion-event and related technical data to OpenAI for ads reporting. We do not send the contents of your financing request, your requested loan amount, or your name, email, or phone number through the conversion event. You can decline or later turn off this optional measurement in the site's privacy choices. Declining does not prevent you from submitting a financing request. A prior choice may not remove information already received by OpenAI; you can also use your browser controls to clear cookies.
